Andrea began practicing yoga 15 years ago with the mindset to stretch and workout but her preconception couldn't of been more far off. Her yoga practice helps her be the best version of herself. Yoga helped her to overcome doubt and fear, it allowed her to honor her body as well as live in the moment. It also helped her spiritually, mentally and most importantly how to love herself. She wants to inspire others to get on their mats, be present, practice and listen to their bodies. She wants to give back to others what this practice has given her. She received her 200 hour certification in 2016. Andrea’s focus is on vinyasa yoga, guiding the class to synchronize the breath with a continuous flow of poses as well as keep them grounded. On her free time, Andrea is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding and spending time with her husband, cat/dog and family.
